Yearly Pro and Elite purchases may include both the 3-day money-back guarantee and the beat your score guarantee, or only the beat your score guarantee. Earlier yearly purchases through Jungle's own checkout, new purchases whose checkout showed both guarantees, and yearly Google Play purchases include both. Some new Stripe yearly checkouts offer only the beat your score guarantee; those purchases do not include the unconditional 3-day guarantee. The offer shown when you buy determines your entitlement, including on renewals of that subscription. Later experiments do not change an earlier purchase. The beat your score terms below apply to either offer. App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
3-day money-back guarantee
Who it applies to: yearly Pro and Elite plans bought through Jungle's own checkout (on the web, at jungleai.com or app.jungleai.com, or in the iPhone app in the US) when that purchase included both guarantees, plus yearly Google Play plans. It continues to apply to existing subscriptions sold with both guarantees, including their renewals.
How it works: if you don't like it, ask within 3 days of the charge and we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked. To ask, email hello@jungleai.com or write to us in the in-app support chat.
- The money-back guarantee can be used once per account.
- Refunds of purchases made through Jungle's checkout are processed by Stripe and take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Google Play purchases are refunded through Google Play.
What it does not cover:
- Purchases made through the App Store. Those follow Apple's own refund process.
- Charges for upgrading from Pro to Elite.
Beat your score guarantee
Who it applies to: yearly Pro and Elite plans bought through Jungle's own checkout (on the web, at jungleai.com or app.jungleai.com, or in the iPhone app in the US) or through Google Play. The beat your score guarantee can be used once per account.
How it works: add your exam, answer 300 questions for it within 60 days, and if your score doesn't beat your last exam in that class, we'll refund your whole year. You qualify if all four of these conditions are true:
- You added the exam in Jungle, with its date, before the exam took place.
- The exam took place within 60 days of your purchase.
- You answered at least 300 questions for that exam in Jungle before it took place.
- Your score on that exam did not beat your score on your previous exam in the same class.
You need an earlier graded exam in that class to claim.
How to claim: within 30 days after the exam, contact Jungle support in the in-app support chat or at hello@jungleai.com, and send a screen recording (video) of your school's official grade portal that shows your grade on your previous exam in that class and your grade on this exam in that class.
What happens next:
- Jungle's support checks your account: that you added the exam in Jungle before it took place, that the exam was within 60 days of your purchase, and that you answered at least 300 questions for that exam before it took place.
- Jungle's support checks your recording: that your new score did not beat your most recent previous exam in the same class.
- If everything checks out, we refund your full yearly payment and cancel your subscription. Refunds through Stripe take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement; Google Play purchases are refunded through Google Play.
- Unclear recordings may be reviewed by a person.
- Jungle may decline claims with altered or incomplete recordings.
What it does not cover:
- Purchases made through the App Store.
- Charges for upgrading from Pro to Elite.
Other refunds
Outside the guarantees included in your purchase, Jungle does not offer refunds. The grade-only offer does not include the 3-day money-back guarantee. Purchases made through the App Store follow Apple's own refund process. Charges made in error are reviewed separately.
Relationship to our Terms of Service
The guarantees included in your purchase are in addition to our Terms of Service, which continue to apply to your use of Jungle.
